Big Tech Computer Services was established by Paul Kipgen (the Big Tech) to service the North Dallas, Frisco and Denton Texas area. At 6'5" and, well, bigger than he should be, Paul is physically big. But with over 25 years of personal computer and networking experience he is also big on ability.
Some time back Paul recognized that large companies have a tremendous advantage with their IT departments and onsite staff. The executives and officers of these companies can often enlist the help of company staff for personal support as well. Most individuals and small companies are often dealing with the same technical problems with little support. While computer retail stores often offer on-site support, both the cost and the reliability of the service are questionable.
With all this in mind Paul started Big Tech to fill this gap by offering technical and advisory support geared specifically to the individual and small business at reasonable prices.
