It is not possible to anticipate every situation, so the pricing list here is really just a guideline. For example, if a lot of time is involved I will usually discount the hourly rate significantly.
In many cases project based pricing works best. This provides an “up front” understanding of the cost and prevents costs escalating if an unexpected problem occurs.

Phone support
Generally speaking phone support will be charged at $20 per hour for the first hour used in a month. And $40 after that on 15 minute blocks.
